No longer able to open email attachments on my samsung s9+

[Android Central Question]

My samsung S9+ has stopped opening email attachments. It just sits on 0% download forever and won't open the doc. I would appreciate any support on this.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps, select your email app, then Clear Cache and Force Stop. Now open it again and see if the problem persists.
