No more "Live Chat Support" from Samsung for Note 7?

I have 12 devices registered on my Samsung account. Just noticed that the Note 7 is the only one that does not show a link for Live Chat Support. Think they're tired of all the questions, lol??

It makes sense since they've asked a bunch of times now to turn the phone off altogether, if not exchange it. So in a way it's like..people shouldn't be using the phone anyway so we won't be providing chat support for it.

Tho I initiated a chat for my Gear S2, and it still allowed you to choose the Note 7 for the chat. Just found it funny...ish.
 
I feel like the Chat folks won't necessarily have the most current info for response to the recall. At best they'll be dumped on aND treated poorly when the lack of the most current info isn't their fault. They were trained for something different - supporting non-recalled devices.

Everyone forgets that while this is a challenging situation, a little calm and courtesy go a long way toward getting what you need accomplished.
