It makes sense since they've asked a bunch of times now to turn the phone off altogether, if not exchange it. So in a way it's like..people shouldn't be using the phone anyway so we won't be providing chat support for it.
I have 12 devices registered on my Samsung account. Just noticed that the Note 7 is the only one that does not show a link for Live Chat Support. Think they're tired of all the questions, lol??
