Hi all....I seem to be getting this message a few times a day and it's starting to bother me. I'll send a message and it will either "send" and come back as failed or it'll straight up say "No Network Connection". It has happened when I was connected to both 4G and 3G with strong signals. Not sure if I'm the only one. I'll try to get a screenshot next time it happens.

Anyone else having this issue? I'm pretty new to Android so I'm not sure how to go about this...

My only suggestion would be to verify that your mobile data is turned on. I would assume however that if this was the issue you would be seeing more problems. Thats an odd one....

Data is always on...it has happened with wifi both on and off so I don't think the connection is an issue.

Sometimes I'll send a message and it fails and I try over and over and it keeps failing (even though I have a connection). It eventually sends but it takes a few retries.

That's happened with me as well. Just turn mobile data off then toggle back on and fixed it for me.

I finally got a screenshot of it. See on the top I clearly have a connection.

Try settings>more settings>Mobile networks>Network mode>LTE/CDMA

If this does not fix the problem, i imagine your sim card may be damaged.

Alright thanks! Hopefully that works....it was set to global.

Mine is set to global and I have not had this problem.
What is the difference in global and LTE/CDMA.?
Which is the better setting and why?

Thanks
Randall

Global looks for wider range of frequencies ..lte/cdma looks for just those
