No SD Card Inserted

I need help please! Never had this problem before and I've searched high and low for a solution and I apologize beforehand if there's a thread with the solution and I didn't see it. So I have a MyTouch 4G completely stock. It will not recognize my SD card. Any SD card! I have reformatted a card, factory reset the phone and it still doesn't show up. This is a pain because even though I mainly use cloud services I'm not able to use the camera or some of my apps. PLEASE ANYBODY HELP!!!

Sounds like the reader on ure phone is bad. Might need a replacement
