Initially everything was OK. Lately there's been no sound. When I hit the volume up key to bring up the sound bar and hit the settings wheel the bar for media player sound is all the way down, the icon is grey, and it won't respond to my touch. I've tried a soft restart and cleared the cache partition but to no avail. Any other ideas? There's no problem with my wife's S4.
