No widget for newly-downloaded app in Ice Cream Sandwich

I just updated to Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4 on my Razr, downloaded the Twitter app, and the Twitter widget doesn't show up in the Widgets tab. Do I have to reboot my phone? It showed immediately on my Droid Froyo back in the day. I feel like Google dropped the ball on widgets.

It's just a small bug. This happened to me on my galaxy nexus a few times. All u have to do is uninstall and reinstall the app.
