The earphones torn on and my blutooth turn on..but doesn't getting the earphones and I can't connect the earphones to my phone...what I can do ?? Please help me

Is this a new problem, or have the earphones never worked? Also, have you tried other earphones?

Thanks..they worked before but i didnt use them a month..i didnt check other earphones becuse i dont have another earphones with bluetoth..i have earphone for cals and it worked
