I have problems all the time. I cannot capture a screen. I keep popping out of videos on Facebook. Some programs take forever to load and seem to get stuck, like match.com, Facebook and Twitter. I have to close out and go back in after a few minutes. I know I can do a reset but something is wrong with the hardware or software causing this. If it's only mine, it's the hardware. I guess buying an LG is risky because you're alone completed to Apple and Samsung.
