Nokia 6 (TA-1025) and Pie problems

I love my Nokia 6 and the monthly security updates that HMD releases. But I got the Pie update yesterday and tethering doesn't work now, both Wi-Fi tethering and USB tethering.

I already rebooted the phone and reset the network settings. Any simple fix or do I have to wait for a patch or revert back to Oreo?

Also, audio now pulses with Dolby enabled. Easy fix is to disable Dolby in settings.

I tried that. No joy. I like HMD's monthly security patches. They need to provide an option to only accept the security updates and not an Android system upgrade.

I know from Twitter that many Nokia phone users were chomping at the bit to get Pie on their phones but Oreo was working fine for me. I'd do a factory reset but that would bring me back to Pie again unless I don't load any security updates.

Is your phone a 6 or a 6.1? The 6.1 phones came with . The system update (I'm not sure what it was for, I guess it fixed bugs and I'm not sure what else). wasn't the first exposure to .
