Non AT&T Distributors (Costco?)

Sorry if this is a totally dumb question... I'm planning on the skyrocket being my first android phone so I'm not sure how ATT usually releases non apple phones to other distributors. I google searched and couldn't find a reference to Costco and skyrocket... I saw that they're going to have the HTC on the 10th... Anyone have any inside info on if/when Costco might get the skyrocket? I'd love to take advantage of the 90 day return policy in case I have any problems.
