Nook App - Can't install

So my Daughter mentioned to me that something happened to her Nook app and she could no longer install it after trying to get it to successfully update. At this point the app can't be uninstalled or reinstalled - nothing.

It appears she's not alone and there are tons of users having the same issues:

Strangely, I can't find a thread on any forums of anyone else who has the same issue or how they resolved it.

So I'll ask here, has anyone had any success resolving this or any recommendations? I'm fine with having to go in using a file explorer of some type to remove something that is probably stuck in the file system - but I don't know what I should be looking at..

Running CM7-rc1 on SD card.

No one else run into this issue or know how to totally remove the nook app and reinstall? Is there a way?

I can't get the app to install at all. It says it is not compatible with the Nook Color

Here was the fix for me .. Now everything is back to normal..

Rooted Nook doesn't run Nook app
