Not able to connect my Laptop to my Samsung Galaxy Grand(GT-19082)

I have a Toshiba Portege M900 Laptop & it is able to recognize my Smart phone Samsung Galaxy Grand. But when I try to connect I get the following message on my Laptop:
Connection has been denied by PAN server[GT-19082]
Can some one help me how to get over this problem?

Try going in developer option in settings and tick on usb bugging and then try and connect

my laptop is sony vaio e series, i am unable to connect my samsung GALAXY GRAND to it, its getting charged ,but not getting detected to transfer files.
i have tried marking the DEBBUG OPTION IN DEVELOPERS SETTINGS.but its not getting detected still

Guyz just download USB storage enabler from the play store and enable it and then connect it to the laptop
