Not again...

Purchased my first RMHD in Jan, last month, the vibration motor became intermittent unless you shook the phone (bad connection). Refurb lasted a week before bricking in the middle of a call randomly. Verizon gave me a brand new one for my troubles and as of today, here we go again. Vibration has quit on me twice as I type this, a small shake of the phone gets it working again. None of them have ever been dropped and have been in an Obox Def since they were pulled from the box. Is there anyone else that has had this happen...what are the odds I get 2 of them? I love this phone but I cannot keep replacing it every month. :banghead:

I never had that specific issue when I had a RAZR Maxx HD. Strange that you're having this issue on the replacements though. I never had a case on my phone though so maybe that pressures the phone too much and eventually screws it up? I doubt it but just a thought.
