So apparently any one that was hurt or has property damage from there N7 burring up can not sue Samsung in the box you received with the phone there is a pamphlet included and towards the back of this pamphlet it stats that you are only able to go to arbitration and not sue Samsung unless you decline this clause with in 30 days , we'll call it the small print nobody ever reads!
This was on cbs news this morning

Yeah that's not going to fly. You can't throw a piece of paper in a box and call that acceptance of terms of a contract.

AFAIK the only ones that cannot sue anymore are those that didn't turn off their devices and kept using them despite the recall warnings and constant reminders. Some insurances even void your coverage if you still had the Note 7 beyond a certain date.

This hole news interview was based on one guy who woke up to his phone shooting out two foot flames that burned his arm and torched his bed , his lawyer is fighting this arbitration clause

Those docs are just to scare away the faint at heart. You just need to get a court to throw it out. You will need a good attorney. Don't get a cheap ambulance chaser. Once it is thrown out Samsung will be more than willing to offer a good settlement. Then he should settle, actually going through the process to sue Samsung will just make the lawyers rich and the plaintiff will be the loser.

Its one of those, we hope this works, but I don't think they have a leg to stand on in court. I miss my note.
