Not getting text messages ?

I have the Sprint version(which is probably my issue) lol ...but For the last couple weeks, people been screen shotting me messeges they sent me that i never recieved. Not every message. Just random ones seem to get lost in the text atmosphere. I know there's probably no "fix" but just wondering if anybody else has had these issues

I would contact Sprint and see if they can help.
Also before that update your profile, settings > System Update > Update Profile.
