Not liking this Marshmallow

So about a month ago I got the 6.0.1 Marshmallow upgrade to my Samsung Galaxy S6 Active and ever since none of my apps work right. My music apps such as Spotify and Amazon Music all like to randomly stop playing until I unlock my phone and press the pause button a few times. Then my wifi connection seems to have gotten weaker because apps like Facebook and Facebook Messenger don't load or refresh.

Have you tried a cache clear in recovery?
