Not receiving calls whilst on 3g network

hello, wonder if anyone can advice, iam on a unbranded desire on o2 network, and have problems receiving calls whilst my 3g is on , it can be a hit and miss experience . sometimes i can get the call and other times i cant. anyone have a solution for this as i would like my 3g on all the time.

Sounds like a problem with the phone itself, to be honest. I'd check with O2 if they're having any general problems, but if not I suggest you do a factory reset. If it still doesn't work, take it back to where you got it and ask to have it serviced or replaced.

from what ive read , its not a fault with the phone but the way the network operates, not sure but think the problem is with 2g not allowing incoming calls, Vodafone and t mobile have the same issue , as to be a solution out there
