Not Receiving Pictures from IOS users.

[Android Central Question]

Everything was working fine and then all of a sudden beginning Fri 9/4/20 I could not receive pictures from anyone w an ios device. I know it's not just my device because my brother is having the same issue. We both have Galaxy S20s. Has anyone else been experiencing this issue? It seems to be a network messaging issue and not a handset issue because we've tried switching texting apps and the problem occurs across the board.

Google closed hit:

Go to "Settings"- "Device maintenance"

Go to "Battery" and if you have power saving mode enabled, just select "Off".

After the power saving mode is disabled, check if you can send or receive pictures as messages. ...

Now check if you can send or receive pictures as messages in your Samsung galaxy phone.
