Not recieving any notifications on s10 plus

[Android Central Question]

Hello, newcomer to this site. I'm here because recently last night I stopped receiving push notifications from all of my social media apps and one game. The only notifications I'm getting are from text messages. I have medium power saving mode enabled but that has never caused a problem as I've already checked the option on the apps I want to allow to continue using data in the background. The apps aren't "sleeping" nor disabled and I can't seem to find a setting to check for apps that are restricted from using background data.

Followed those steps and some were being automatically optimized. Dunno if it'll make a difference tho. As for snapchat im just going to guess it's an android wide bug
