Not registered in network

I have a Samsung j7 when I call it says not regesterdin net work and I updated everthing and it still says the same and ibcabt send messages

Take it to your carrier - unless the phone has a bad SIM card slot (which would be unusual), it's something in the way they have your account set up. (Ask them to reprovision your account.)
