Not seeing the "Smart device controls" power button screen feature

I've got an S20 Ultra, 5G and just updated to Android 11, but i'm not seeing the much discussed "Device Controls" feature ( https://www.android.com/android-11/#a11-device-controls-article ) when I long press my power button.

Does anyone know if this is something that Samsung has locked from updating? I'd love to have this feature, and would love to know if it's something I just need to select in my settings, or if Samsung is locking so I'll be forced to use their services instead.

Samsung chose not to implement it because it uses media and devices in the notification shade

I don't think that's available yet , I'm on beta 11 and don't have it
