Not sure I did this correctly?

I unlocked my phone and installed golauncher.

I then ran clean tool to get rid of bloatware and disable sense.

When I restarted I still get the lock screen I had with sense and when I go into settings it says semse 3.5 even though I'am using golauncher??

Go into Settings>Applications>Manage Apps>

Find your Sense launcher in the list and scroll down on it and make sure you hit CLEAR DEFAULTS.

Then next time you return to your launcher/home screen you should be given the option to select which of the two launchers to make your default.

CleanTool might have issues after the OTA. This is the second post I'm seeing with something similar. It was really only meant to disable bloat/sense while all we had was temp root. Maybe ask Scott to update it..??
