I did find one in zedge, but it was so convenient with it being available and accessible without having to use a 3rd party app.

I don't like that I have to press the side button in order to wake my phone up so the fingerprint sensor works. I want to just be able to pick it up, and have it open

I don't even have mine yet so can't confirm, but I saw someone post and others who confirmed that you can actually unlock with the FPS without hitting the power button. It may be setting dependant though, like needing the AOD on or something. Not sure but something to explore.

Mine is on truck for delivery right now, and I'm at work. So likely, I'll have to take a drive across the entire city to the purolator depot tomorrow after work. Grrrrr......Pre-order and be the first to get it, my ***!!!

You are correct. One press from screen off on the sensor unlocks phone. Mine works perfectly

Maybe you are pressing and holding too long while waiting for it to unlock? Again, I don't even have my phone yet but I could see that as a "feature" so your phone doesn't keep unlocking if you are just carrying or holding it. Most are saying the best way to use the FPS is to do a quick read and remove your finger, then it unlocks. Otherwise the phone may be thinking you are just holding the phone. I dunno, I should probably just shut up until I get mine in hand. lol This will be my first note device so I'm reading up a lot here.

I think there may be two options that you can try and see if it works for you. First, if you keep AOD always on, the FPS image will always be visible and you can just place your finger on it.

Second, you can try the lift to wake option. It takes you to the lock screen after you pick up your phone.

I had the Note 9 before switching to Pixel 3 xl back in Jan. Note 9 was a blurry hell too, Note 10+ still not good with moving objects. SUCKS

My pixel 3xl didn't have this problem. Blurry pictures were the exception and far in between. The exact opposite is for Note 10+.

Use zedge just to find it, ince you have it copy it to the notifications directory and it yours. You can then assign it as you would any of the other notifications.

As I believe we have discussed before, this is the biggest reason I am considering making the switch to the Pixel 4 instead of the Note 10.

You do not need to wake it up just press the area with your thumb or whatever you have registered and it should wake up unlocked.

Why not download the ringtone to the phone's internal storage and then delete the app you got it from. ?

Another gripe I ran into is that I can't use Swift installer anymore without rooting my phone. Apparently Samsung made it to where you can't use it on the n10 with Pie. It still works on the n9 for now though.

AODnotify gives you an led light ring around the camera.

I tried Aodnotify but it prevents the clock from displaying on the AOD. I'm using Glimpse Notification now and at least I can get repeat sound notifications.
