Note 10+ or S20+?

Picking a note vs s series is the easiest thing ever. You use and value the spen, you stay with Note no matter what the S series offer, you don't care about the spen, then you choose S series no matter what the Note offers. It's so simple, a cave man can do it LOL

THANK YOU - was just about to say this. It's pretty clear cut. The phones are marketed toward two different audiences - just decide which audience is yours: w/S Pen, or w/o S Pen.

The note 9 display was the worse of them all IMO. I'd pay the extra for the note 10+.

I'm sure there are improvements in the Note10 plus's display over the Note9, but to say the Note9's worse than the Note 5, 4, 3, 2 and original Note? Really? Anyway, it's your opinion and you're entitled to it, just not to your own facts. Luckily there are stats that show it isn't the "worse of them all".

So if I decide on the Note 10+ am I better of buying from T-Mobile or used? The Note 10+ is longer available on the T-Mobile website and only the local stores near me carry only the Note 10+ 5G. So if I were to buy from T-Mobile I have monthly payments and a warranty and if used its paid for and no monthly EIP. T-Mobile-$1,100 vs $600 used. I hate to buy used and then something happens and I'm out of money where as buy at T-Mobile I can go there for a problem or issue.

It depends on what guarantee you want.

I waited and bought a "like new" note 10+ 256gb from amazon warehouse. About every other week or so, amazon warehouse will discount 20% off the listed price in cart. It has happened twice with the note 10+ in the last 30 days.

I got a note 10+ like new, never used by the looks of it, for ~520. It comes with a 30 day return policy, which is better than the guarantee you get with swappa (which I have used many times).

The real kicker now is Samsung is offering $700 for my note, thus now I am debating the upgrade. I'll wait and see what the camera offers.

Something TMo doesn't advertise, but if you're worried about warranties they have a version of their insurance that covers BYOD's. In fact I had insurance on my TMO bought iPhone (really only b/c it included Apple Care+). When I switched my sim to my unlocked Note 10+ my insurance auto-transferred over to the BYOD insurance.

I personally like the Note line better only because I actually use the S Pen a lot.

I've owned the Note 4 several times the Note 7 several times during that fiasco, the Note 8 a and 9. I'm one of those people who use the S pen when I first get it and during the middle of the ownership and then I don't use it as much and soon as I get rid of it I miss the S pen. That's kind of why I wanted all back to the Note 10+. I just wish the smaller note 10 had the SD slot. The 6.8" might be just a tad too big from my hands. but I'm willing to give it another try.

It's wired how we keep cars for years after they are paid for but yet can't keep phones for 6 months and we get bored
with them...🤔 go figure. Imagine buying cars as often as we buy phones..
