I bought a note 10+ unlocked from Samsung. I'm not sure what or why this happened but I'm concerned I've made a mistake. Yesterday I couldnt connect a single call and had to reboot the phone before a call would connect. Anyone having issues like this. Just worried I have a dud.

Was this an isolated incident. I'm unlocked with verizon and issue free. I dont think there's anything to be concerned unless its regularly happening. Regardless samsung would replace under warranty I'd imagine.

Don't forget some little bugs happened when done have updated to Android 10 that steps like above I mentioned can straighten out

Been using the US unlocked Note 10 on Verizon for few months. Don’t have any issues in terms of signal, call quality or disconnecting etc. This is before and after the Android 10 update.

As others have suggested try resetting the network or even factory reset. Worst case you are in return period so get it exchanged. Super worst case if you are not used to not buying non carrier devices then return it and just get the Verizon version if that makes you feel better. But personally in terms of actual signal and connectivity there shouldn’t be any difference between us unlocked and Verizon variant.

I decided to keep this on and hope for the best knowing that if I have something go wrong I'll get with Samsung. Thank you for everyone's reply and assistance.

I am back to not being able to make or receive calls until I reboot the phone. Spent hours a few weeks ago doing a FDR on the phone online with Samsung. Beyond tired of this! Any suggestions. I am going to contact samsung about a replacement phone.

I would fight Samsung for a new phone. I had an issue with a TV that was still under warranty and Sammy didn't want to fix or replace it. It took two months of sometimes nasty conversations but in the end I received a new TV. Samsung has a well deserved and we'll earned reputation for horrible customer service so you might end up having to fight.

Your first mistake was not returning that phone during the return period the first time it screwed up. Never, ever keep a phone that starts having connectivity issues during the first two weeks.

They have only offered for me to go to an authorized service center first. I believe a new phone is in order.

I agree I should have returned it.
