note 2 backup

111214: I want to backup my Note 2.
Pics, contacts - pretty simple.
But what about notes, messages, emails, apps and other data I'm not aware of but might need if it crashes!?
How can you set it to do so wirelessly - or USB.
I don't care. Just don't want to lose anything should I crash.
