Note 2 worth more with 4.4 than with 4.3?

I need to sell my note2 on ebay since im upgrading. Would I get more money if the note 2 had already updated to kit kat or should I just sell it now with 4.3? I mean once the new buyer calls at&t to get service won't they get kitkat OTA right away?

I would sell it ASAP.
Let the buyer decide if they want to upgrade and most likely get "stuck" on Kit Kat.
I believe the sooner you sell it the better the price.

Neither have I. At&t note 2 should get kit Kat in March. Verizon may be April or may
