Note 20/Note 20 Ultra accessories discussion.

I finally heard back from Whitestone Dome Glass about my protectors being delivered damaged even though the packaging wasn't damaged at all. They thanked me for my response and said someone would get back to me in two business days because of the high volume of messages coming in. Ugh.

Great product, **** poor service

I think I'm going to sell my Galaxy Watch3 on Swappa today. I have the 45mm LTE version and it's kinda heavy on my wrist. I don't like wearing it. I'm not afraid to admit that I'm a small man with small wrists.

I have pretty small wrists too. Not a small guy though. I ordered mine with my credit from Samsung...still hasn't shipped. :(

I'm offering the Galaxy Buds Live with it for free hoping I can make back most of what I paid for the watch. I got the Buds for almost free.

So I finally got my Ringke fusion matte case, it was meant to be my first cheap case but seemed to be taking forever so I got an ESR clear case (not the glass one) as well. Comparing the two, I prefer Ringke.

Similar protection on both, but the ESR has this weird slope next to the camera that's very noticeable, glaring writing on it. Otherwise not a bad case for the price. I used it for a week and it was not scratched up, I've had fancy cases scratch easier even so that was a plus for it. Bottom not the smoothest, micro dots around the outside but clear enough to show the color of the frame. Buttons weren't as clicky as I like, sides felt a tiny bit loose to me.

Ringke, I like how the frosted back showcases the matte phone vs adding a sheen, but it oddly seems more slippery so far. The sides are more clear vs ESR, no micro dots, and they do have writing but most is subtle (Ringke Fusion most noticeable but even that isn't bad being on a side). Buttons are more responsive and tight, and the bottom feels smoother for my pinkies to rest on. Like the ESR, the front and camera lip is just OK. If I was talking my N10+ I'd be happy honestly, but the hump makes me nervous and I am not sure I want this case to be my everyday (planning to find a clear case that recesses it). Maybe adding a camera glass protector and a screen protector with this could convince me. I do really appreciate how the matte back showcases the color and matte finish of the phone, even if you may think it's artifical from the case.

I like the clear case, but it's super annoying seeing all the dust and lint stuck between the case and phone all the time. I'm constantly cleaning it.

I forgot that I ordered my sister a charging pad and me the UV thingy. Her pad just came. If my charging pad wasn't so old and faded I'd put it in the box and keep the new one. Lol

My UV thingy( I know that's not the name. ) hasn't been shipped though. With this hurricane coming I'm not expecting it anytime soon.

Ahhhhhhh, sisters. That statement felt so dang honest. LOL

Any consensus as to the best non Whitestone screen protector? Need to do something in the interim until my warranty replacement arrives

So I think the UV sanitizer is backordered. If I cancel the item do i lose the credit from the $150 Samsung gave me ?

I finally returned the defective buds live and now I need to wait for them to receive the buds live and process the return before they hand me coupon to reorder. And the return label is FedEx ground, horrible support. Now I'm fighting hard with them to give me a coupon to order since I don't want to wait 10 days for them to receive and process the return. Ridiculous !!!

Contrast to Apple when I flashed watch OS beta and had to send them my watch for flashing the public release.

1. Contacted Apple Tuesday evening and they created ticket and mailed FedEx priority overnight return box (package) to send my watch.
2. Repair package was enroute on Wednesday.
3. Since it was priority overnight, package was delivered before 10.30 am on Thursday.
4. Immediately sent them watch in the box they sent.
5. Apple service center received the watch Friday before 10.30 am. Since it was just flashing public release the same day I got email that my watch was being shipped back.
6. Monday morning by 10.30 am I had my watch in my hand. Amazing turnaround time given that I had to ship. Thought it'll take at least week to 10 days for entire process but they cut the time by not being stingy and using FedEx overnight shipping both directions free of cost.

Contrast to Samsung. I mailed my defective buds on Wednesday and it'll only reach Samsung service/return center next Tuesday because of freaking FedEx ground and that too this a new product still within return period

I wish Samsung support was as effective as Apple support since their products are just as expensive as Apple and no reason not to have superior support.

Even if they could get to Google's level of support it would be a big plus.

...that's if Ft. Worth doesn't get crushed by Hurricane Laura - they are still close enough to the coast to take some destruction from that Mutha!!! Hopefully, mine is still enroute and not down there yet... I haven't looked since yesterday morning!
