I am interested in what you think of the Supcase - assuming you got the Unicorn Boy or whatever that is. I am interesting in knowing if it plays nice with the WSD, too. I might just order it and if I don't like it, return it.

I have used the UB Pro since my Note 5 (I call it my Ford Super Duty of cases, for obvious reasons) and I love them! They are not at all pretty to look at but I really don't care about that, I just want strong and functional, and that IS what they are. I have had some major drops over the years and not ONE piece of damage, thanks to the UB Pro cases. Superior frontal overhang for face down drops as well! They look like a "Transformer" (The Movie) cladding placed around the phone!!!

I know you were asking 'MrSegundus' but, I would like to have seen the EXO in person after probably 10 years of Pro's but was a bit leery... so stuck with Pro again!

I finally heard back from Whitestone Dome Glass about my protectors being delivered damaged even though the packaging wasn't damaged at all. They thanked me for my response and said someone would get back to me in two business days because of the high volume of messages coming in. Ugh.

They responded on the same day they sent that to me. If you haven't yet, they are going to ask you to end them pics of the damage. You should just send pics now to get it rolling. Then they will ship out a new one immediately.

Both of my protectors were damaged as well as the installation frame despite the box not looking damaged. I did seem like it was crushed slightly, but not much, so I was surprised. Don't worry, they'll take care of it.

That is what I'm looking for.. No need for looks but when I go hiking, I want to have something that is like a tank. I ordered it as well as a similar one from Poetic and I'll decide which to keep.

Not sure if it was Amazon, UPS or Supcase, but the case that I was so psyched about arriving this afternoon, somehow disappeared from the UPS Tracking Screen for most of the day. It just kept saying "In Transit" from Roswell, GA (since 8/20). Finally, tonight at 8:45PM, I got an email stating that it would be here tomorrow and that it was in Warwick, RI (which is where my delivery trucks come out of). So, it's a day late!!! One more day of being a bit more careful with the slippery, cheap case!

I can doo eeeet!!!

Ughhhh! Update Number 3 - UPS is killing me! Boy, I'm glad it's not the phone or Buds!!!

My UPS Driver ALWAYS delivers between 4:00PM and 6:00PM! This morning at 8:11AM, I get my "Out for Delivery" email stating, "Expected Delivery between 7:00PM and 8:30PM" - ??? At 10:45AM, I get another email stating "Delivery Update: New Delivery Time - By 9:00PM" - ??? It's just a case, but something tells me this Driver will probably say, "Ah, it's late, I'll just leave it on the truck and deliver it tomorrow!" Another "Slippery Case Day"... careful Jim!!!

I think I'm going to sell my Galaxy Watch3 on Swappa today. I have the 45mm LTE version and it's kinda heavy on my wrist. I don't like wearing it. I'm not afraid to admit that I'm a small man with small wrists.

Finished dinner and sat down for the Bruins v Lightning Game and opened it up! Yep, a black UB EXO (I ordered a PRO)... UNBELIEVABLE, Dammit Amazon (or should I say Supcase, 'cuz that's where it came from?)??? The order was correct, the part number and description were correct... thought about trying it on but just can't get a handle on the thing! It's all clear plastic around the black skeleton - all those windows you see are clear plastic. Just looks cheap to me after having so many PRO's! I went right to the Amazon site and did a Return to get things underway... should have checked the AT&T Store, then maybe just got a refund from Amazon instead of waiting again! I tried Supcase Direct and they said 10 days for free shipping, $25 for 3-5 days and $50 for 2 day... WHAT??? For a $28 plastic case... O.K. Well, good night everyone!!!

You don't think it's heavy and super big? That pro must be a monster then. Lol

I usually get the unicorn beetle style series and I thought the Exo was close to that one , but it's not. I'm trying to hang with it because I didn't want to go over my one case limit.

The corners are made of the same material as the Pro - they are just held together by a "skeleton rather than an actual rugged case, like the Pro.

The areas marked with the "Red X" on the Exo, are actually "Clear Plastic" on the black unit I got tonight (the visible black is the actual Note 20)... really cheesy to me. Makes it look cheap after the high quality that I'm used to seeing from these people!
