Note 20 ultra display washed out direct sunlight

Hi,

I have a note 20 Ultra and recently I noticed whenever I am in a bright environment or direct sunlight the screen "washes out". It's like it's turning up the brightness insanely high, but like TOO high. It's hard to describe. Is this normal or is there something wrong with my phone?

Hi, the Note 20U has probably highest brightness in automatic mode , most phones get like that in very high brightness , not sure you can do much about that . Maybe lower the brightness a little and sometimes the screen protector you use causes some glare.
