OLD
Normally, adaptive refresh rate from display sesstings in Galaxy Note 20 Ultra allows the phone, based on the actual open application to refresh the screen from 1hz up to 120hz.
With this 96hz hidden option you can restrict the adaptive refresh rate to work from 1hz up to 96hz allowing your phone to prolong battery life.

Np Also Info: This app targets older android sdk in order to set refresh rates without ADB requirement. Ignore the dialog that says "This app was built for an older version of Android...."

For me, 90hz is a happy medium in refresh rates, on a gaming PC people would be happy with that on at least a 24 inch monitor never mind a 7 inch phone screen, I would have been happy with a fixed 90hz screen on the Note, but this trick is pretty good if it does what it says, has anyone got any hard evidence that it actually does adaptive refresh rate up to 96hz?
