Thanks for the heads up on Rakuten cashback increase. When I placed the order it was 3%.

So did all the dance again and now 10% cancel offer, 10% rakuten cashback, 7% employer discount. Raking up discounts lol

For my earlier order cashback was confirmed within few hours and was deposited into rakuten account. Let's see if the 10% cashback confirms by tomorrow and deposits into rakuten account. For S20, we had to wait few weeks and multiple follow ups with Rakuten to get the 10% credited to the account.

How did you get the 10% rakuten if you placed the order when it was 3%? Did you cancel your order and then reorder? If so, how did you get the 10% ($100) cancel offer?

I was going to cancel my preorder too when I saw that the Rakuten rebate went up, but I decided to keep the Samsung order and take the 10% Samsung cancel offer - which I guess makes it all come out even. But, I'd love to get he 10% Rakuten vs. the 3% too if I can.

So, basically wondering - if you placed your order at 3%, how did you get the 10% w/o canceling the Samsung order (where you got the other 10%)?

I got discount through my work. Then cancelled my order, and put lower price for the reason. Offered me an additional 10% off. The additional 10% will be refunded.

Was looking at getting the base Note 20 same as I did with Note 10 because of size( I hate how big the phones are getting) but after seeing the awful storage option, half of what my 10 has no way. I'm skipping Samsung this year. Not interested in the bigger Ultra and certainly not paying so much for half the storage of my current phone. Hard pass Samsung!

I know , the regular Note 20 has too much against it and then that price tag , Samsung really needs to wake up , i dont usually get those models but I feel very disappointed what they did to that , not for plastic back or little more bezel and roundness but everything else .

I got full account charged as well on my credit card, but as always that's a pending charge it'll drop off in a few days and will get charged again before it ships. If it's PayPal or checking account it'll be taken out now itself at the time of order.

We go thru with this dance every 6 months, no they aren't shipping your phone in a day or two. As usual we will get it on Wednesday 19th or may be Tuesday/Monday. But they aren't shipping this week

I think it'll since it's already credited to the rakuten account. But yeah you are right you never know, they can come back later and say order was cancelled and cashback is not valid.

But I don't think Samsung or Rakuten is competent enough to have integrated systems which will trigger those signals. If I have to guess it'll most likely stick, let's see.

Yeah, the last time I think it worked differently. It would be hiliarious if you could keep doing it.

Which selection do I choose and when does the offer appear. I hate to hit cancel and lose my order
