Note 20 Ultra pre-order thread!

So basically have to pay full price up front and then they reimburse the $1,000 over 30 months crediting your account. That's ok with me to get an Ultra for $299 before taxes.

Just need to find out what phone qualifies having minimum trade in value of $60... I have an iPhone 6s laying around hoping it's worth $60. I never trade in my phones so not interested in trading my Note 8.

Here's More Information about the 1,000 you get back in picture i went with this traded my Note9

i set back and watch all the pre order talk and jus wish i could do such where i live. mus be a nice feeling knowing you are gonna be one of the first set of people to hav the phone as consumers. waiting for all the reviews at that point. some great combo options being picked up in pre order.

I have several credits in my account because I cancelled and reordered
Lol same here, by the way even though it said 10% they still did only 3% when I woke up today morning. I think till now I have $97 credited into my rakuten account.

1440$ price tag is a huge number, actually you can pay a used car with such amount.
Samsung is getting nuts as phone prices getting high and higher each time but this time they gone mad.
With current crises of covid19 this not the right time to raise the price.
Another issue is the size of the phone and weight which i believe is not bearable.
I would not want to drive a $1440 used car

I'm brand new to Rakuten... I had to use my link from my email to order, and I'm at the checkout screen. How can I make this a purchase that Rakuten will recognize?
Go to rakuten.com, create an account and click on the Samsung link from there. Or install rakuten extension if you are trying to order from a PC or Mac and then when you go to Samsung.com it'll automatically ask to activate cashback.

I hope it sticks
I think it'll since it's already credited to the rakuten account. But yeah you are right you never know, they can come back later and say order was cancelled and cashback is not valid.

But I don't think Samsung or Rakuten is competent enough to have integrated systems which will trigger those signals. If I have to guess it'll most likely stick, let's see.

I sent an inquiry on that. They said it should show the full 10% when the product is actually shipped because cancellations can still happen.

Last year I had ordered and cancelled and ordered so many times I had about $150 in cash back credits. However all but the final order stuck, and they removed the others.

FWIW, I was able to get an additional 5% off (stacked with edu discount and $200 credit) with the following code: ref-dbw4xg

You can set the default to save to SD card. It's zero work.
With the Note10+ it wouldn't record in 4k to the SD card, and I couldn't use some features unless it was saved to the phone directly. May have been an issue with the older Samsung SD card I am using, but from what I found at the time, it was the case and norm. So, it was just easier to leave it.

Hmm I think it's a cop out answer by them, I'm pretty sure it won't automatically happen when it ships and we would need to follow up like we did last time for S20. But eventually they will honor it but it'll take some effort following up with them.

Yeah, it probably was your older SD Card. Newer ones can record 4K video on microSD cards, but they're costly. That's why I just ordered the 512GB Note 20 Ultra so I won't have to deal with microSD cards.

Yes you can but you can't do it while pre-ordering the Note 20 Ultra. If you purchase the watch separately, you can trade it in. You are able to save the 200 dollar credit and 35 days from delivery of the phone, you'll get an email on how to use the credit. Hopefully you're able to do a trade in AND use the credit. And hopefully the price comes down on the watch a bit. I am still rocking my S3 Frontier and I am a little hesitant to switch to a Watch 3 because MST is no longer supported.

I'm on the OG Galaxy Watch, and I am also hesitant to get the Watch 3 because of this. It's ashamed they took out one of their best features.
