How can I get the 10% off?

For 10% Rakuten, you install rakuten browser extension, create an account and activate the discount. It'll pop up to activate the 10% discount when you visit Samsung.com from your browser, just make sure you have logged in to rakuten account in the extension. Note it's not an immediate discount, it's a cash back and you will get in a few weeks to months to be credited from rakuten to your PayPal or via check. There is Rakuten app as well if you want to use that.

For 10% cancellation offer. Just try to cancel your order saying you found better price somewhere else and Samsung will prompt giving you 10% off your order if you don't cancel. Just accept that offer and you'll get the 10% off immediately reflected on your order.

At this point i have placed three orders. Cancelled two and kept my order from yesterday.

And I'm tired trying all the various combinations for different discounts

Ahh. Yes - I did all that, but I only got the 3% from Rakuten I think because I did it last night vs. this morning when it was 10%. I wonder if they will honor the 10%. I was going to cancel my order and resubmit to get the 10% from Rakuten, but then Samsung convinced me not to cancel when they offered me $100 discount. So, I guess I'm wondering how to change that 3% from Rakuten to the 10% that they are giving now. Hmmmm...

Click cancel and cancellation reason select found better price somewhere else. After that it’ll prompt you for 10% discount to keep the order or continue with cancellation. Accept the offer and you will get 10% off immediately.

That’s how it worked for me and many others. You could try and see if it prompts at your own risk.

Thanks for this! Saved an extra $86!! I might go for the watch now, and possibly trade in my Galaxy Watch.

I always purchase a Unicorn Beetle Pro SUPCASE for my phones and they never fail. I dropped my iPhone X on the corner in one of those cases and the iPhone wasn't damaged at all. They're just as good as Otterbox Defender cases but they're thinner and 1/3 the price!

I dont usually upgrade every year, but something told me this year would probably be a good year to do it. I can appreciate the trade-in offer as well as the pre-order credits for accessories. I don't mind getting free stuff as well as a deep discount for the device.

with the Note7, I got 2 SD Cards, and the gear VR. With the Note 8, I got the Gear 360 and wireless charger. With the Note 10+ , I got another SD Card and another wireless charger, and now with the Note20 Ultra I am getting the Buds Live.

Did you have to actually upgrade and activate your phone when Rakuten moved you over to Samsung? And can you advise where do you see the 10% new Rakuten discount in the process? Is it at the end of the samsung portion? Thx

I tried doing the "cancel item" and selected the reason you guys mentioned here, and then click Cancel Item again, and my order was cancelled! I had to make another order.

I just hit the cancel button on my order from yesterday, reason = better price elsewhere, where = other and got and accepted the 10% off. Now says Refund: $91.24.

10% off what amount? the order total? trying to figure out if it worth the hassle in case it does get cancelled. I imagine it would screw things up since I ordered with Verizon monthly payments to get the second note "free".
