Y'all got me thinking I can move mountains so I'll be installing, or attempting to install, the WSD too. Hopefully it makes it here all in 1 piece before the phone.

Definitely do a couple test runs before you actually drop the liquid adhesive on to the screen. I find doing this helps me get through the process, because it can be a bit intimidating with all the different pieces. And I learned with the note8, that sometimes there is a little gap and the glass can slide a little lower than you may want it to be for use with most cases. I know they did rectify this issue with the Note10+ installation, but I still do it, just to give myself the reassurance that I will be happy after it's all said and done.

There should be a red Cancel button around this circle and it will cancel the entire order. I purchased and canceled via the Shop Samsung app. If yours looks like mine and there is no Cancel it means it's too late to cancel.

Thanks for the clarification. I was too chicken to even touch any of the cancel buttons, but when I hit it for any 1 item, I got a pop-up saying it would cancel the entire order because of the promotion.

I want that 10% off, but since my Ultra 512GB Verizon is already "backordered" I don't want to risk delaying getting my phone even more. My order status is still "placed" with cancel buttons available. I'll get my phone.... someday

Yeah screw it I probably would barely use them anyone since I have the Galaxy Buds from last year's Note10+ pre-order bonus.

I still have my USB-C Headphones from my Note10+, lol. I don't think I ever unwrapped them though. But for arguments sake, these devices are over $1k, they can afford the $.15 cost it takes to make them.

My chat with Samsung on a different issue was with the same guy (not sure if they just use that same name). But he was unhelpful and really didn't listen to my docent. Got a manager that was much more helpful. That said, I would not have sent them a link to this conversation as you've now alerted them to our discussions and they may implement policies against such remedies. My $0.02.
