Happy for everyone who have movement. My Samsung ordered moved to CANCEL. Samsung claims Verizon did not give authorization. Verizon stated they never received an upgrade or add line request. I have to start over on the wait. Feel like the bad kid that was sent to the end of the line even though the other kid in front of me was the reason for the disturbance. Smh. I just wasted 4 hours of life between 5 reps on the phone and chat online.. I need a group hug. #Noteaholic2020gotmegood
When they’re charging $1300 there is. I mean they could titanium too. Also I disagree about the micro scratches I just looked at my 11 pro Max and it’s in great condition almost a year later.
Sʌᴍsᴜɴɢ is just being cheap in their materials but still charging premium prices.
On the silver model iphone, under normal use, yes, it absolutely shows micro-scratches unless you've never had it outside its case. I don't need to point you to the numerous sites and videos. You can look them up.
Also, Apple charges the same price. Why didn't they give me man made sapphire on my iphone XS Max?! I should be outrages.
If you’re going to use that analogy I’d say yes as well automakers have definitely gotten cheap using plastic parts and still charging a hefty premium.
I hope your experience is nothing like mine was for the pre order of the Note 9. I pre ordered 2 days after pre orders started. I ended up getting the phone almost 5 weeks after launch dayNot me. Very disappointed Samsung appears to have dropped the ball on 512gb version. Ordered day 3 and still shows as backordered and Sept 1 or week of Aug 29 (on site and on app respectively)
Meh pre ordered every Samsung the first day of pre order and never had any issues receiving in the first batch. There are some unfortunate orders sure but most of the issues are generally blown out of proportion. There are lots of combinations, carrier vs unlocked vs storage option vs color vs payment declined, could be anything. Generally Samsung does just fine handling pre orders IMO minus the screw up here and there just like any other company. It's fun watching the discussion on this thread. I am not with yall on this one so not as aggravating as in years past. Last year with Samsung.com, it "seemed" as those pre-ordering first got theirs after those who pre-ordered near the end. I ordered my Note 10+ at the last minute and got mine before some who ordered on the first day. We couldn't figure out the rhyme or reason for the way they went out. Anyway I think our thread went over 5000 post last year and this one is doing pretty good. Enjoy yourselves!
Yes I also did this last year with a Galaxy S9. They are picky but only when it comes to cracked screens or broken glass. Dead pixels would fall under "normal wear and tear" I believe and shouldn't be a fault of your own but I always try to get a really good looking phone for trade ins just to ensure no issues.
Congrats !!! Nice AT&T does overnight shipping. I would have gladly paid Samsung.com if they had offered than option to receive a day earlyFinally got movement. Guess tomorrow really is the day. View attachment 324144
They will reduce the amount the quote you if you didn't mention crack screen .Can you verify what you mean. Are they picky because it's cracked?
Right now I have a trade in that has a cracked screen and a few dead spots like a cm across
Finally got movement. Guess tomorrow really is the day. View attachment 324144
