They will reduce the amount the quote you if you didn't mention crack screen .

Yeah I know that you can choose cracked vs not cracked and the price will be reduced if you choose cracked.

Good question , one thing I know with Samsung anything possible, some horror stories about trade ins for sure, hope yours goes smooth.

Yes the website with the video instructions tells you to take pics or video of your trade ins condition prior to mailing just in case something happens during shipment.

Yes the website with the video instructions tells you to take pics or video of your trade ins condition prior to mailing just in case something happens during shipment.

I do that anyways just don't want any unexpected charges lol

All these shipping notices are definitely exciting. My best buy order will be ready for pickup Friday which is actually good for me because I'm flying out for business tomorrow and returning Friday anyways. Can't wait to see all of the in hand pictures and reviews!!!!

Embargoes are still not lifted, at least we would have had some reviews to watch for fun. Most likely will be lifted on Wednesday morning when most orders start getting delivered.

Don't wanna be a Debbie downer, but Samsung could have a hold on deliveries until the 19th. I'm not saying they do, or it won't come tomorrow, but I've had phones ship early and be "out for delivery" only for it to end back up at the warehouse b/c it was held by shipper's request.

I got the tracking first saying it shipped, then they to return device by Sept 1 and then another for they will adjust the 10% credit
