Maybe they are defective? I've had the 2018 Gear Icon X, last years Galaxy Buds in Aura Silver and just got the beans. They definitely sound better than the previous ones. I'm pretty impressed with the bass, the highs and lows seem well defined. I have several premium wired and wireless headphones and headsets also. I think they did a great job with these, especially the design. I love how comfortable they are compared to in ear buds for me also.

Mine sound great! Impressive even. I thought they'd be trash because of the open air design and the fact that the speakers aren't inside the ear canal, but these beans rock. Maybe you don't have them seated properly?

I should have recieved mine on Friday 21st. However Rogers Wireless got my delivery address wrong. So had to contact Rogers to update the delivery address with Purolator. Purolator does not permit customers to call in to upgrade or change addresses due to fraud.

Ordered a Copper Unlocked Note 20 Ultra from Samsung website on the evening of 8/17.

Sadly it said 8/21 ship date and 8/25 delivery.

It shipped today 8/19! So 2 days early despite preordering a little late!

Plus delivery 8/21, so 4 days early!

I have off Monday, so I am going to have an awesome 3 day weekend!!!!!

Got my phone delivered Friday the 21st. Didn't get a chance to open it until Saturday the 22nd (yesterday).

I love this phone! Made the right choice buying my first Note. No more Galaxy S phones for me. Anytime I decide to buy Samsung its going to be a Note.

Good luck to everyone still waiting for their phone. Also props to Samsung for getting my phone shipped with in 2 days despite pre-ordering several days after pre-orders started.

Although I got the black leather case instead of brown because the brown was out of stock when I ordered. I see it is back in stock now. I am going to reach out to Samsung support tomorrow to see if they will let me exchange it.

I pre ordered mines from Samsung and it said I would get my 512G September 11th. walked into best buy they had the 512G in stock, canceled my pre order and just did everything thru best buy including the trade in of my note 10 plus 512G, go figure

Sometimes the best thing isn't the first to get in line nowaday. Hell, I didn't order mine until the 8/11 and got pretty damn fast.

I just ordered a Note 20 Ultra thru NFM but it looks like it got the unlocked version when I wanted the Verizon version. Is there going to be any differences if I activate it on Verizon with features and updates? I think I should cancel it and try and re order the right one. I do use Visual Voicemail thru VM alot and international dialing and data when I travel to mexico.

Love the device but the N20u camera bump is rdcicolously large. But it's def speadier compared to the s20ultra. Got my device today. And with Rogers Wireless.

Also ordered via Amazon US.... An OEM S-View flip case for the N20U arriving next week sometime. I've already set up my device but WON'T be using it until the case is on device. I am soooo paranoid to drop a 3000$ device.

I ordered in the 20th, with a delivery of September 11. My phone arrived today, which was great--except that no accessories were shipped with it, so no case.
