I'm using a Note 3 (AT&T) and like a lot of you I've been having issues since the 4.4.2 software update.

Go to: Settings>General>Application Manager>All>TouchWiz Home>Clear Data
And that should do it. You might have to reset up your pages/app location but this resolves the issue
