Note 3 alarm clock changes times by itself!!

I just bought the Galaxy Note 3 a little over a week ago. In the last week, I have discovered that the alarm clock has a mind of it's own - for example, last night I changed the alarm time from 11am to 12pm. When I woke up at 11:45am, the alarm had changed itself back to 11am and had NOT gone off. I had the Note II for over a year and never had anything like this happen. It has done this several times and i've only had it a week! Is anyone else noticing strange things happening with the Note 3 alarm clock widget?

I've been duped into the 'false alarm', too. What I think it is, is when you change the time, you have to click 'save' in the top right corner. Just changing the time doesn't automatically save it. I'm sure you tried that, but in the event you haven't, that is the key. It took me a few times to realize it because my last phone, that wasn't a requirement. Also, just last night, my clock app 'stopped working' error message showed up when i looked at my screen, 45 minutes after my alarm was supposed to have gone off. Annoying.

Yes I am having the same problem. I have my alarm set to go off every day Mon through Fri at seven am. Some times the alarm de-selects random days of the week on its own. I can't depend on the alarm because it just doesn't go off some mornings because of this issue... Very odd.

I have been a victim of being late to work because the clock app "stopped working" before the alarm went off on a old phone.

Boss: "Why are you late?"
Me: "My alarm clock crashed."
Boss: [evil eye] "Get to work."
Me: "Stupid future."

Have used the alarm on the note 3 every day since launch. Never had an issue. I have seen the wrong time posted on the device while it flashes back to the correct time. I have factory reset several times for other experimental purposes and have not seen that false time flash. It would never *hang* on the wrong time though. Stupid touch wiz huh!?

This happened to me as well and I noticed the 'Repeat Weekly' wasn't selected. So if I remember correctly if it's not selected it will turn off the alarm for that day as the day passes. However, the issue with the clock is definitely real. I have an issue where it just crashes that we are talking about in another thread. I think they need to patch this asap because people rely on this a lot. If not I may root and freeze this app so I can use timely (shouldn't have to do that though).

So, this also has been happening to my samsung galaxy s4, and it drives me nuts. Even just last night, I changed the time from 6:35 to 7:00, I saved, flipped to my alarm screen to double check 7:00 both on the screen widget, and re-clicking the app to make sure. Both say 7:00, and my alarm the next morning goes off at 6:35. I have cleared caches, I have reloaded the app and widgets. Still happens. I am one of those people who wake up before my alarm, but still. My husband has the same phone and has never had an issue, and thinks I'm nuts about the alarm. First time assumed I didn't save, now into the 10+ time it drives me nuts. I just got a fitbit with a silent alarm on my wrist, so I've been using both each night.
