Note 3 Charging issue.

My note 3 will not charge at all with the usb 2.0/3.0 cables in any socket outlet what so ever, if i plug the cables into a video games console or a PC/Laptop then my phone will charge fine, slow but it will charge.

Just it wont charge in any socket outlet what so ever, ive tried various plugs aswell and again will not charge.

Do you have USB debugging on in developer settings?

I have heard of the note 3 having a charging issue. Dont know the specifics as i just got my note. Might want to google as i hear its common?

Nope it is not on, and last night i tried to charge in a socket and it worked, but now if i try again it wont.
