Note 3 - FM Radio tuner???

None of my comments on fm radio were my perspective, it was all based on facts from much reading on every aspect of the industry. From some of the top stations in the whole country. How many are going automated because they can't even afford the talent anymore

THE BEAST,,NOTE 3. SIZE IS EVERYTHING!!!

"@Zmann - I went back again and appreciated the insight into the state of FM stations there at present, sad though it was. I expect FM will last a bit longer in the UK.

With all due respect, it was a flawed analysis from an outside observer.

I thought the reply above was a little heavy handed. Turned out an OK guy with a different take.

I DO appreciate your outlook as well. Never said I didn't.

Maybe outside of New York and Nashville things are very different, as you say.

Anyway, just showing a general interest and being diplomatic. Thanks.

Reviews say Moto G is not 4G.

Moto g on Verizon is sold as prepaid and Verizon prepaid has no 4g. Verizon prepaid doesn't allow 4g smartphones either for that matter.

Honestly, Verizon prepaid smartphones doesn't make sense, you are better off going with the Verizon postpaid $60 loyalty plan with unlimited talk and text and 2gb data. This gives you 4GLTE and you can save ~$300 - 700 per phone when buying on contract.

Now if you went with PagePlus then that is a different story, and can be financially viable for some people.

So the Note 3 has FM radio on Sprint with the NextRadio app. Presumably the Sprint Note 3 doesn't have different hardware so it's just a licencing issue. That kind of makes it worse, having the facility built in and not being able to use it. I'm still having to take my Galaxy S2 with me to listen to the radio. Unfortunately, here in Wales, network coverage is patchy and I can't rely on using TuneIn radio reliably.

Thanks teleburst, tho' that's disappointing. Shame on Samsung for losing a useful facility.

hi no it does not!!! or I can't find it. have to down load an app that is worse than useless if you are in a no reception area for a signal. The one in Galaxy Note 1 is marvellous I wish they had migrated that too along with the other stuff.

You can listen radio from internet if you download and install the right application.
Better use the Wi Fi option if it is possible.
