I think it is your equipment. I do not have any problems with my GNOTE3 at all and I am on Verizon. Have you tried a different Verizon store? Return it get your money back. Go to another store or Best Buy. See if you are having the same problem. I know of people that went through 3 to 4 Gnote3's until the problem was fixed.

I have had 2 replacements from online services and 2 from the store. I know people who have had theirs relaced at best buy and bjs and still no luck. The people I have talked to on sprint that have had the update said that it worked. I'm just going to wait it out for now and see.
