Note 4 and your car, Compatible? Yes/No?

I have a JVC Hdx80bt or something like that and it works fine. Getting a 2015 Rogue this week and I'm guessing it will work fine.

Got the Rogue and the Note 4 works great with it. It also has an option to change the connected device so if my wife's phone is the 'active' one on the BT I can do the change option and mine becomes primary. Works flawless.

I have a Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T 2013 and I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 4.. I was trying to connect bluetooth but I dont think it works..Im I doing something wrong??

Seat MII for my business connects flawlesly and i can stream music on it via bluetooth.
on my 99 civic it won´t par (it has no bluetooth kit) :-P

2013 Scion tC: flawless. The tc only allows voice calls and media playback, doesn't play videos or show contact pictures.

Just curious to see if we could get a list of what cars everyone was able to pair/connect to their Note 4s. I know my Note 3 and my Kia don't exactly get along, which is funny considering both of them call the same place home. I'm hoping the Note 4 is more completely compatible, especially since there's a feature on my Kia that lets me see diagnostic and pair Point of Interest items between my phone and my car's Navigation system.

Make/Model/Year and what if anything was or wasn't compatible would be nice.

Thanks in advance!

I can't get my note4 to work with"mirror link"
in my 2014 Lexus 200h!
The phone says I'm connected but the car isn't.

So any solutions to metadata (screen info) pairing from samsung note to kia optima????????????

:-!

2012 Mercedes-Benz C Class C250. All is OK with that. Don't use it to play music from my phone but checked to see if it could work and it does. All phone and text functions work too.

2014 Toyota Tacoma entune system - no issues whatsoever; have sync'd contacts with pics, phone works great with dialing and voice, and Bluetooth streaming audio works great.

+1

Also text to speech and voice activated texting working fine.

I pair my Note with a fairly new Pioneer stereo with ease, even after the Lollipop update.

2013 ford flex limited. Works well, but once in awhile it gets choppy. Bluetooth off, then back on will fix it.

Sent from my glorious note 4.

Mine worked great with the Note 3, now I have the Note 4 and I get no album and song info on the screen of my radio. Bummed :-\. 2012 Mazdaspeed3
Same situation here... I have banged my head against the wall trying to find a solution other than a new radio or a new car. .

2014 Chevy Camaro 2LT RS. My Note 4 works with the infotainment system. Can make/receive calls. Text messages can be read and replied to with pre-made responses. Interestingly enough, I was never able to receive alerts if a group or MMS message came through. However, after Lollipop was installed (I have Verizon), I do get alerts on group messages.

Even though I drive a late model vehicle, I much prefer using Google Maps on my phone. I wish auto-manufacturers would just let you mirror your phone's screen onto the car's infotainment system. Would be nice, although the Note's big screen is sufficient enough for me not to think it too big a necessity.

Just in case some of you are looking to keep your new toy from jostling around in your car, here's a pic of a car mount that works well with the Note's huge size. About the only drawback is having to remove the unit if you need to insert a CD, granted I don't know of many people that still use their CD players in their cars. The device is a Mountek CD mount and typically sells for under $15.00. I've bought 2 in the past 5 months as I left one in a rental car once on a business trip.

No damage to the CD player?

I have Sprint and with the 5.1.1 update, bluetooth audio works as it should in my 2013 Toyota Highlander. I use Google play music and track info shows as it should. I can now skip a track without it stopping the music playback.
