There are noticeable improvements. Quite a lot actually

Verizon edge just makes it too easy to upgrade. Everything the Note 4 has is just a minor update from the Note 3, but as soon as it hits big red I am calling in my edge up and they can have my Note 3. Just the ois 16mega pixal camera is enough for me to upgrade with my shaky hands.

Only the front-facing camera has an f/1.9 I believe, not the rear facing camera.

I think the screen will be interesting, however in the presentation, it had a slide saying the 1440p AMOLED display only hits 90% of the Adobe RBG colour space? Not sure if I saw that correctly, and it doesn't make sense to me, seeing as AMOLED displays can easily reach extremely high saturation levels. I must have misread it.

OIS is a good addition to the camera though. Hopefully it greatly improves low light performance.

I'm intrigued at this point. I'll wait to see what the reviews are like. It's not a no-brainer in terms of upgrading, but it's also not something I'm ready to just pass on. I'll have to see just how it plays out for folks when they actually start using it... Especially the edge.

Considering what skin cancer can do to a person, and how oblivious people are to how much is too much sun I think it can be very useful. Just because its cloudy out doesn't mean the UV rays are kicking your arse.
