Note 4 AT&T Shipping Status???

Ordered on 10/9, black, still says shipping 10/14-10/16. Was on the phone while I ordered on the site. Upgrading from my iPhone 5. Should have done the trade in at BB for the 200.00. Only reason I'm not cancelling my pre-order. Hopefully ships out tomorrow.

For those of you who are Premiere and cancelled through the website, how did you do it? It tells me that since they begin processing the order as soon as I place it (B.S!), that I can't cancel an order place through the Premiere Website. All I can do is refuse shipment

Your order page should have a cancel button. You click it, they ask you to confirm, click yes, they send a cancellation request email that you have to click a link in, then you go back to your orders page to ensure the cancel order button is grayed out. If it is, the order was cancelled correctly.

Seriously though, can't at&t get in trouble for false advertising? I still have a picture of my order screen from 9/19 and it said "Samsung Galaxy Note 4 ships by 10/14"

That's not advertising. That's just informing you of a shipping date after you've ordered. Nor is it a misrepresentation that you relied upon because you had already placed your order. And even if you did rely on a representation that it would ship by a date certain, how are you damaged? When that kind of thing happens with Amazon -- i.e., they blow the two-day Prime shipping "guarantee" -- all you can do is call up and complain, and they do something like extend your Prime membership by a month.

Half of the people in this thread remind me of the maniacs on the freeway who weave all over the place just to get wherever they're going a minute earlier. Relax. You'll get there. And your Note 4 will get there, too.

Honestly the fedex status tracking I have on mine is just the same. My friend told me I'm crazy for checking it so much. "IT STILL SAYS LEFT FT. HOOD!! >: Where next?!"

I'm sure we all be noting it up soon by the end of this week. lol

Ups says phone and sim will not arrive till End of day Friday but after reading some of these posts I should be glad it's at least being delivered this week! I think it's crappy AT&T is so damn inconsistent.

I just returned from a quick trip to a year from now in my time machine. The future you told me to tell the present you to chill out, you're really going to get the phone later this week, and you're going to get used to it, then take it for granted, and then finally get tired of it altogether.

If you have a shipment on the way, you have no place to complain compared to us who ordered on day one and it still hasn't shipped. Telling people to calm down isn't helping either. We are completely validated in being pissed that our day one orders haven't shipped but people who ordered yesterday have shipped.

This. I wasn't exactly day 1 but 9/29... still hasn't shipped.

I preordered early too and am still waiting on a shipment notice. At this point, I would have been better off to wait and buy it in the store on friday morning.
