Note 4 battery life won't last 6 hours, how can I fix this?

Note 4 battery life won't last 6 hours

I've been dealing with this for over two weeks, I have more 4 and the battery life won't last as it used to be. It goes in one second from 50% to 2% and that happens alot
How to fix?
