Note 4 help needed, can't recover. Restart loop!

I have a note 4, been working great until now.
I turned the phone on and now it does a continuous loop of switching itself on & off, only thing to resolve this was taking the battery out.
I then tried putting the phone into recovery via power/volume up/home keys, but then I get a messege saying "installing update" then the phone switches off again.

Help? Please?

I was having the exact same problem! I found that switching out the battery with a new one solved the problem. Before I got a new battery, taking the battery out and putting it back in and keeping the battery off and on charger until it was full was a temporary fix.
