Note 4 not working, "unfortunately has stopped working"

Samsung Galaxy note 4 keeps displaying unfortunately your phone has stopped working. No matter which application I am in or anything trying to do. Cant even powerdown or restart. Need to take battery out. Last update in aug.

I am having the same problem. Along with another error message at times having to do with UI or IU system not working (this one seems to occur if I try to take a screen shot). The "phone not working" happens randomly but more often with an incoming call. I am able to rapidly hit "ok" and then power off but it take me a minute to get the combo fast enough to work LOL. I'm taking my phone in today or tomorrow. Will let you know what they say. I have NOTE 4.
