Note 4 - Post your battery life screens and info

Not too sure what mine means to be honest. Seems like my WiFi could be draining some juice? Always on...

Don't think he's being sensitive he's being honest. Many of us don't need a phone to last hours for us to stare at it. We just need a smartphone that last all through work and gives power and a functionality use when we need it. The note 4 does that. What maybe normal for you is not normal for everyone. You see a phone barely used and they (and myself) are seeing a phone being useful and lasting exactly as it should. My battery shouldn't die when I use it moderately or lightly it. And that's what some people are looking for and the note it giving that plus more.
Perhaps you missed the part where I stated that whatever works for you works for you and he (being sensitive) took it as an attack and decided he must respond with that hilarious response. Its okay if you missed that part, just being forthright here! I have no qualms with how somebody uses their phone, I couldn't care less I just found it odd that someone posted a picture showing two days of use with only 2 hours of SOT and commented while also contributing to the thread with my own stats. Again I said, to quote myself, "whatever floats your boat." Whatever works for you and makes you happy is what that means for clarification to anyone that may have never heard that saying.

I'm sorry you tend to speculate and assume so much about others whom you know nothing about.
And I use it for actual phone calls. Shocking, eh?
I dont know, your posts just keep adding to the evidence, but I digress. You do seem like you view the forum here as you against the world and are really defensive over nothing to the point of humor. I'd say it was I that struck your nerve, but it appears that that is just the way you are. Im sorry you feel the need to fight! Dont worry, your phone usage is good enough for the Note 4 ;)

Whats the SOT? Im curious to hear what you personally define heavy use as, Id love to know where my own use falls in that category.

I'm getting about 23h off charger with about 4.5-5h screen on time browsing social media, spotify, and playing clash of clans I feel like it can be better... Will post pics soon.

I would assume everyone getting such great battery life is AFTER a few charge cycles? I've had mine 2 days and not broke more than 14 hours of (granted somewhat heavy)use.

Only had this phone for a few days and I think the battery is starting to take its shape. I hope it gets better from here. Man I love this phone more and more.

PS. Do you all leave "Fast Charge" checked or unchecked? I would see myself needing to select fast charge if i get home and need a fast charge before i go somewhere but what about plugging it in overnight? It wont hurt it or anything if i leave it uncheck and only check it when i need it will it?

Why is it odd to have 2 days of use and only two hours of screen time?

He could be rooted and using an app to stop certain battery draining apps running in the background.

If it wasn't for kids and my gf using my phone. I personally would have the same usage. As I posted before a day of usage and barely 3hrs of screen on time.

Where you see odd I see perfection. That's wonderful stand by time to expect when I decide to jump and root it.

Just got my Note 4. How low should I let the battery go before charging? Thanks!

This is pretty amazing for how much I have used Google maps! Loving this phone so much!

I've been searching for an answer too but can't seem to find one anywhere...

Read somewhere, it is something to do with SD card scanning for file in continuous loop.
I am getting good battery life but android system is on top always.
Today I transferred all my data to desktop, reformat the card using phone itself in storage, and transferred the data back, I noticed as I moved from iPhone few movies were not compatible , it asked me convert that.

Once I did that and let it settle for few hours ( media server to scan all files) I am seeing android system is way low now and screen is on top which it should be.
Not sure if this fix issue for you too but worth a try!

What if I don't have an SD card in yet? Could it be searching for one, this causing the drain?

Here are my stats for which I would consider moderate my usage. Web browsing, instagram, twitter, clash of clans, and spotify streaming at the gym... My first 2 full charges

Can someone give me an honest opinion on how my battery is doing??? My friends note 4 lasted 1 day 18 hours with 3 hours on screen time so mine feels like a failure in comparison

What do you guys think about my battery life? Not using any power save options but currently have Guru learning my habits and have shut off majority of applications from auto syncing except my email and a couple other things. uploadfromtaptalk1416375961936.jpg

One should never analyze battery without posting screen shots of general battery (small graph, android system/os, screen on, whatever apps are consuming power), detailed battery (big graph, signal, location, wifi, wakes, screen on) , and screen on (percentage and time on).
